  1. I think it's more about how this surgery affects the individual rather than where you live. Some people experience a lot of pain and some have very little.
  2. Amazing difference. And only one chin now! You both must be thrilled, congrat.s!
  3. Thanks guys, still a work in progress!
  4. That really does sound bad. Have you been hanging out in the right places? Not the Men's and Ladies Rooms because they are too much!
  5. Here's the pics. About 20lbs down in green top. After browlift surgery in bandages Now about 60 lbs down in red top. Facial shot today. VSG on 11/14. Brow lift on 2/15.
  6. When I hit 1000 posts I can be anything I want?............. I want to be 25 years old, slim, beautiful, big boobs, no kids, rich and married to Channing Tatum. That's all, better get posting, this is one really magic place!
  7. OMG Martin! You are looking sexy!!!!!
  8. Why am I an 'Aspiring Evangelist'. I want to be a 'Sleeve Mistress'.
  9. And coming......And coming..........And coming!! Darn it!! My batteries ran out too!
  10. The three week stall lasts 3 weeks. You haven't lost anything in the last 45 minutes because you haven't had a poop. Vodka and Redbull is fine as long as the bull isn't too big and you'll know if you stretched your sleeve if you can still fit in another KFC Family Feast.
  11. OMG, neither, it would have to be tomato sauce!
  12. What is 'pulled pork'? Maybe this should be in the Men's Forum.
  13. Has diet cola and cheeseburgers been mentioned? No thread is complete without them. Oh, and this will boost it, I am writing this with a glass of wine in my hand !
  14. OTR, what my surgeon is telling me is that he thinks I may have excessive scar tissue which is taking up food space. I really don't know what to think at this point, but I am feeling very weak and just want to eat.
  15. I don't know. I want to be slim but I don't want to be a skeleton.
  16. Hi Aussies, I put this on a thread but I am keen for responses. Everything has been wonderful for me. I am very happy with my weight loss and all was going well until about 3 weeks ago. I am finding that I can eat less and less. I live on liquids and if I eat I slime and throw up for at least 3 hours. My surgeon wants to try and stretch my sleeve. Has anyone experienced this. I was sleeved on 14/11 and have lost 27 kg.
  17. My recovery has been great. I am so happy, I look 10 years younger. It was well worth it and would not hesitate to do it again.
  18. I put bio-oil on all of my cuts. I don't believe it made any difference. Some of my incisions are barely visible and others are really visible. I think that they would have been the same without bio-oil. If it worked, all of my incisions would look the same. It's not expensive so try it if you want but I think it's a load of crock!
  19. Over the last three weeks I have been able to eat less and less. I have reached the point where I can drink but if I eat I am sliming and vomitting for at least 2 hours. My surgeon wants to try and stretch my sleeve. I have been very happy with my weight loss but am now starting to have some problems ie. Low blood pressure,, dizziness. Has anyone else experienced this? Has anyone had to have their sleeve stretched?
  20. We don't have Walmart or Walgreens in Australia. What are gas-x strips and what are they for?
  21. Congratulations on reaching your goal weight and well done. I just wondered how you decided on your goal weight. I am 5'9" and my goal is 155 which is about centre of me having a healthy BMI. I notice that your weight still classifies as overweight. I don't believe BMI is all that important but was just curious what you took into account when deciding on your goal.
