Just wanted to share a GREAT App I found in the App store on my iPhone called VirtuaGym. Its easier to sign up online first and then download the App and then sign into the App...anything done online or on the App gets synced each time you log in, and its FREE. If you like it you can sign up for the PRO benefits and they dont cost that much, as little as $1.92 a week. You can design a personal workout plan, and if you are a member of a gym or healthclub, it can be added to your profile. It has nutrition and everything, I'm liking it so far.....you guys should check it out.

not having my surgery until 3/25, but I have been trying to ease my w into the liquid diet, it's hard now, so i know its going to be hard when i start the liquids, but we can do this, hang in there.

Try Syntrax Nectar Sweets, you can get them at vitamin shoppe for somewhere between $30 to $40, my favorite is double stuffed cookie and chocolate truffle, you can also buy samples there to.

When I went to Carowinds with my kids this year and could not ride the three rollercoasters my kids wanted me to ride with them the most because I was too big to fasten the safety harness. That will all change this year, watch out Intimidator and Night Hawk.......already renewed our seasons passes... :tongue2:

i agree, i ALMOST had a similar situation at my job and i work in a medical office....i sternly but politely let EVERYONE mnow that this my decision and mine alone and if i want an opinion i will ask for it. Until then, no one should have anything to say.....i havnt had any problem since....best of luck to you, and congrats

My mother also had a lot of input on what she thought about my surgery. I basically told her in a respectful way that i have researched this surgery for months as well as the band and I feel like his is the best option for me and that if diet and exercise alone worked i would not be fat and unhealthy now, that this is NOT a quick fix and it is NOT the easy way out. I am 35 years old and have been struggling with my weight all my life and this is no ones decision but mine......i told her I didnt need her approval just her support and weve been fine ever since. Good luck with your decision.......

If you eat too much sugar and your digestive system responds with a surge of fluid and it cause inflammation and nausea as well as tachycardia and sweating and a lot of pain. It usually happens with bypass, rare in the sleeve as our food is still digested normally..

Was it an agency? Where did you stay for recovery in Mexico? How much was you surgery if you dont mind me asking, i have my sleeve in march and need to start saving for plastics ASAP... This shouldnt hinder your surgery approval, a lot of us are on meds, i got approved and i take 6 pills a day. Thats why we are having surgery to get healthy and get off meds...

i have sleep apnea and my surgeon said that if i dont take it to the hospital on surgery day, my surgery would be cancelled....

well, if they will have hiu jooked up to these monitors so they can monitor you heart while you are on the treadmill so they can see bow yiur heart reacts ti stress, if it is a myoview they will be able to see your arteries and if hou have any blockages, if it is am echo they will do an ultrasound of uour heart to look at the arteria amd blood flow. It WILL NOT be easy but its doable. They wil start you out walking and increase the speed and the incline to get to your maximum heart rate, it takes about 20 minutes, best of luck to you????
