Holy yeah girl ud prob fit an 8 right now great job sweety. Iv never ever in my life been in a single digit in patn size even with this surgery I didnt think I would... Im in a 10 now also feels amazing doesnt it!

Hi all I had vsg May 8th 2013 starting 253 current 163. Doctors goal for me is 150 my goal is 140 Im 5'5"....where are you in your journey? Thank you in advance for sharing(:^

I was on fepo for years my wls said its a weight gainer so I had to get off of it for vsg so I tryed mirena I didnt loose a pound forvthree months with it. Had it taken out six weeks ago an got back on depo an Iv lost 15 pounds! I love my depo, I love my sleeve I started out 253 currently 160. Everyone is different I put my daughter on depo (cause it worked so well for me) she gained almost 20 pounds...Every body is different..

Im 8 months out an stalled for three months straight....

I had mirena put in 4 months after vsg an lost no weight the whole two months it was in its been out six weeks Iv lost 12 pounds...Im now on depo

I love seeing everyones transformation its absolutely amazingly motivational. Its really moving! Great job to each an every on of you!
