  1. Lately I've noticed my appetite is growing. I'm afraid I'll end up back to where I started. While 10 months later I still eat small portions, I've stopped losing wieght and my portions are getting larger. Any advice?
  2. I'm 8 days out and the last two we hellacious!! I was running on empty big time. Today my diet allows cream soups and shakes, so I feel a bit better. Is this normal?

  7. Dee, I have the same question. I went to see my first surgeon and he said because my insurance would pay I should get the bypass. I'm not so sure. It felt like he was looking for more money and so concerned with what would be my best option. His reason a was that I would have heart burn issues and the hunger would come on the sleeve where the bypass had no problems. I'm not so sure. Any of you still having issues with heart burn as well as hunger.
  8. With only 600-700 calories a day, what's your energy level like? Tired? Light headed?
  9. I'm a 51 year old male, about 80 lbs over weight and have struggled with my weight for the last 20 years. I'm just so damn tried of the fight. I heard from a friend that had the sleeve and she said she no longer felt deprived. She always feels satisfied, can eat anything she wants just not very much. She said she no longer obsesses about food. This sounds awesome. Is this true? Does it really take away the constant yearning for cheese burgers and the guilt after you eat one. I know you lose weight, are there any bad things I needs to know? Have any of you felt, you shouldn't have had this done, that you life is way to restrictive now? I'd love here from you.
