  3. Yes I read up on sardines before I ate it...sodium is high... but I needed something other then the shakes
  4. I'm a Shorty! 5'2 starting weight of 255... had surgery on 11/5.... I haven't weight my self yet but sure I lost s few pounds!
  5. Do anyone eat sardines for a good source of protein? Today was my first time trying it...I loved it with a boiled egg....and they are cheap!
  6. I had the same exact problem for the last few days...I picked up some gummy multivitamin and Carmel calcium chews...so much better!
  7. Stay strong...I had my surgery last monday November 5th...I'm also struggling with the food cravings...not really hungry but just want it.... I'm not getting any pains..but I'm still tryng to get use to things.. we will be ok in the long run :-)

  10. Good day people...I had my surgery on November 5th...and feeling great!. Only issue that is concerning me right now is my incision sites are itching like crazy ...and are a Lil red and raised...is anyone else having this issue?
