I'd like to know this also?

I will be using nonfat powdered milk after surgery. My bariatric center has us use it with regular skim milk and they call it double milk. They use this instead of protien powder to get your protien in. I am not had my surgery yet but from what everyone says of the protien powder I think I am glad. I will be interested in ideas others have also.

Interesting so no Protein powder just that skim and dry milk combination?
