I am taking 3 or 4 weeks off. My job is so hectic that this will give me plenty of time to get my eating regimen down before going back to work. My vitamins are in my Protein mix except for Iron and Vitamin d which my dr recommends. I bought some flintstones chewable in case I get tired of the Protein shake mix. I just started my pre-op diet and find it hard but luckily it is only for a few days. This website has really prepared me for the surgery and what to expect before during and after. Good luck with everything!

I do the same thing and cant wait to wear all the cute clothes. My surgery is the 19th as well. Nervous but excited that it is only a week away. There seems to be so much to do with the holidays coming and so little time to get prepared.

At First Street Hospital. They haven't given me instructions for my pre-op diet yet but I may start the protein shakes and liquid a week before the surgery just to get a head start. What hospital will you be at?

My surgery date is also on the 19th; however I'm in Houston Texas. I can't wait to be sleeved but I am nervous.
