  1. That, my dear, is great news! I'm glad you were able to find it and get a new low on it
  2. Ba dump bump!
  3. I hope so... I'm going away for a few days with the husband on Sunday, a romantic get away to Big Sur.. Not sure about how much hiking we'll get in... Imma going to have to bust my hump when we get home!
  4. Ok ok I got thrown of by butters toes and forgot to post my mile!! I did 3.3 miles on the treadmill today!!! Grand total; 44 miles
  5. Hahaha! I remember that one! Or another is when I sat down sometimes my stomach rolls would "readjust" like going bloop, bloop...To make a third roll!
  6. Coops hope the MIL gets better soon! I'm actually upstairs right now smelling pizza! I have many children downstairs right now so the planned meatloaf for dinner was out. And I just ordered a pizza After my peanut butter run in last night, I'm keeping dinner a little more resonable tonight though....
  7. When you asked me If I wanted to see something dirty..... I didn't know it was going to be a picture of your foot !!
  8. Happy anniversary Cathy! It sounds like a wonderful time you have planned! M2G, I hope you are hanging in there...I've been watching the updates, stay safe. Skinniness, good times! Well except for the heat. I'm not a hot weather girl myself. Oh and M2G Yeah I killed my fast yesterday too I did so good, but then.... Peanut Butter ugh!!! I blame it on the movers, they finally showed up at 7:45 pm!!! Well they set up my sons new bed and mattress (beautiful by the way) and they smelled of POT so bad (thank god my son was at a sleep over) I swear I got a contact high and got the munchies! That's my story and I'm sticking to it!!!
  9. I buy plain and mix stevia in it, so I think equal would be good. The honey might be too heavy and sweet on a new sleeve. Oh if you have vanilla extract, that and equal are nice too.
  10. Two quick miles on the recumbent bike today... I'm still working in my sons room and fasting today. Total 40.7
  11. I read that article a couple of weeks ago.. I can say one thing. As major as the sleeve surgery is, body lifts are all that more complicated and painful. I guess for me the take away would be no strip mall "hospitals". But really if I were to have plastics I would not travel for them.
  12. Ummm... I think as I said before that I'm sure everyone would like to look better... Was that my driving force on deciding to have surgery? No. As my friend Marilyn Manson once said... "As I see you all sittin' out there trying your hardest not to be ugly." I'm 47 and know that looking for "perfection" Is unrealistic. Does that make me "holier than thou"? As to whether the op herself is "qualified"?? not my place to say really.. But her original post did ask the question. As far as humor? It's a good thing! and trust me you will need it on the rough days for sure.. But, at the end of the day a little seriousness is called for too. I've not posted pictures of my blood work, but I am VERY PROUD of my gains in health like my blood work and getting off meds for high blood pressure! But I think focusing on health is the most important thing. I guess in some people's eyes this makes me the things said above? Am I holier than thou? A Debbie downer?? I think not, I'm a woman that likes to live, laugh and love in reality.
  13. Guys don't you know the world will be fixed in a few weeks when he rolls out the new version! That's what Alex keeps telling me anyway. I know that I've had this convo with him a million times because most of my lengthy PMs come to a halt after about 10 back and forth posts and I have to start a new one or go to the main site.
  14. Glad you had a good vacation Lynda. You're looking beautiful and healthy (as always) Interesting observation about the fat earlier in the day too.
