  1. Oh, I just bought a porcupine quill while I was on vacation (it cost 5 bucks) it's so pretty! I'm using it to pin my hair up into a bun
  2. so only a couple of us here are "coons" to you??
  3. He's adorable!
  4. May I ask what I'm a leader of?? I was given information to specifically put here in regards to the outcome. This site is about the sleeve and our experiences with it. I participate In a lot of threads with a variety of subjects pertaining to the sleeved life. We all have the same goals in regards to weight issues and trying to lose. I don't know you...but surely there must be some useful information here on VST that would interest you more than just trying to fling insults in my direction??
  5. But you calling me a "coon" was ok???
  6. I don't know how to spell hedgehog!! Is it with one "T" or two
  7. Well I couldn't say yapping chihuahuas
  8. Actually I was enjoying a nice meal with my family until I was alerted back to this mess.. Speaking of which how is you sleeve working for you? That is what this site is about.... Are you losing? Adjusting to your new lifestyle? Getting your liquids in?
  9. Ladies.. I was asked to put this out there... I knew a few pit bulls that have no class would bark. Let them bark. no one at the end of the day cares what a few dogs say anyway...
  10. I will say that the disgusting language will not do anything to help this surgeon that you all love. He did what he felt was right. Surely you can articulate your displeasure In a more constructive way?? If you need to you can call Garcia and discuss this with him. I'm sure he'd love to talk to you
  11. I will say one more thing here.. Calling out someone who you "think" it is, is wrong. And for everyone that wants to attack the op? You are not helping Dr. Garcia in the least bit.. He did what he FELT was right. And does not need needless attacks against the "perceived" person who this happened to.
  12. Hi go check out the new vets forum here there are lots of people further out that can relate to your struggles and are actively working together to meet goal Might I also suggest the 5:2 thread it's working well for the girls that are 2 and three years out http://www.verticalsleevetalk.com/topic/83317-the-52-diet/
  13. I don't discount the value of healthy fats. I agree and made bone broths in the beginning and still encourage others to do so! I'm just saying that the nature of the surgery and anesthesia hair loss is still likely to happen.
  14. Not sure who your calling a hussy? Roller girl? Why her? Nice try though... I was ASKED to put this out there... Sorry that you have problems with it And thank you for joining just now to post this!!
  15. Oh and thanks for joining just now to say this

  17. Dr. Garcia is the surgeon. So it will mean the same care that he was giving before. Which by all accounts, most everyone is pleased with. Luna just assisted...
  18. I might add I admire Dr. Garcia in his professionalism and putting the patients first.
  19. I wanted to update... Dr. Garcia has finished his investigation of these issues and is no longer using "dr" Luna.

  21. Sashimi! It's what I eat when going to sushi. I still get the fish (fresh salmon being my favorite) And I still dip in a bit of soy and tons of wasabi!
