  1. As you know Leeann, I've been going back and forth with Alex about it today. So I just sent him a link to this thread.. Hopefully he has answers
  2. Leeann was having a hard time.. But she's able to get through now, but not on her phone. Alex and I looked at everything and it all seems to be working. Leeann was accepted but it might be glitchy.. When I'm denied I just go through my original invite from you, and it fixes it again???
  3. Cheri I read your three year update and I thank you for taking the time to reflect and honestly putting it all down on "paper" it's helpful to so many. You have been through a lot of changes in a short amount of time and have come through it all with grace I'm my book! Sometimes you just have to slow down and breath.. It's funny, but if someone were to ask me the most important thing I've learned in all my years of therapy? I would say learning to be in the moment, and BREATHING! Slow deep cleansing breaths in and out. Don't tell my husband that though he'd be pissed at thousands of dollars spent on just learning something that should come naturally
  4. There you go!!!! While you are here make sure to subscribe to all the threads so at least they will show up on your phone..
  5. Just checking in. I hope everyone's weekend is going well. I went to the movies and had a bit of popcorn while there... But not to much because I knew we were going to have some ice cream later and yes it was good. Today I'm feeling more back to normal, not the crazy hungry beast from last week. I almost feel calm today. food and hunger are not at the forefront today. I'm hoping that carries I've to an easier fast day on Tuesday! Ok group stuff, I'm still trying to figure things out here.. One of our members is having trouble joining. I'm hoping we can figure it all out soon. No loss this week but no gain either
  6. Cheri! It's not difficult for me to look at them! You did it girl you lost and maintained and had a beautiful baby and are almost back to fighting weight! you look healthy and stunning I want to be you when I grow up! Never mind that I'm a million years older

  10. No I missed it all together! I only entered the free shipping code and didn't see the reward redemption part! I thought it was automatic I was so giddy with all the loot I got I was blinded I swear! I told them about my mistake..
  11. Molly I did the same thing! doh! I wrote customer service. They said they will fix it on Monday for me
  12. Blech... I've enjoyed sashimi (raw fish) especially fresh salmon because it breaks down like butter yum! I'm hungry now! I would think oysters would be fibrous though..
  13. On a serious note...breads and flour tortillas sit like an uncomfortable rock in the sleeve. So I still avoid those.
  14. Just tell him point blank! Sometimes you have to break out the 2 by 4 with a husband! I really just opened up and giving a 100% honesty straight forward approach with my husband since starting this. That way he knows everything I'm my mind and can truly support me I went to the Good Sam one last week for the first time last Tuesday.. There is also one in Saratoga that I'm going to check out soon. They are going to have a Stanford Doc talking about regain. I'll let you know how that one is.
  15. Even just chicken?!?? Hahaha Chicken can be tough for some in the beginning.. When you are several months out and cleared for all food you can try these things. Quite honestly for the first 3 to 4 months you may have a harder time but when you get further out 6 months or so you will be able to eat EVERYTHING! And that's when the real work starts. Don't rush yourself, enjoy the time off from being able to eat everything and take advantage of your optimal weight loss window
  16. This is a must read! Great insight that a newly sleeved or about to be sleeved person should read and take heed of.
