  1. I love the "little" things that keep us going! Around here they call that a NSV (non scale victory) but I call it a good day I would say go As but they don't need the help, And I'm a giants fan
  2. Thanks guys sweetums pretty new picture! See we all stress about vacation but we've all so far have come through them unscathed. So FYE and Georgia you girls have a good time too and all will work out!
  3. Thanks for updating! Glad you guys are doing well
  4. Look at you!!! You look great! And 93 pounds in 9 months on top of it? That's an awesome loss Nicole! Proud of you
  5. Oh for sure fiddle! Rainy weather makes me feel snuggly and cozy! And I want to put on big baggy sweaters shelter in place and feed myself comfort type foods to match the coziness. I don't know. Maybe in a past life I was a squirrel or bear, and liked to load up on food to get me through the winter....
  6. No thank you....
  7. Ok the weirdest thing... Oh first fast day yesterday, I did good 450 calories! Until I made fresh guacamole for the family Yep just a few chips and guacamole and there went my fast up to 551 0_o But, the weird thing I stepped on the scale a little while ago and I saw a number that confused me? I must admit I was kind of day dreaming when I stepped on it and not really concentrating on what I was doing. 160? I really didn't understand what that number meant..Was I up? was I down? I had to step off and regroup and step on again. 160! OMG I'm down Laura that's down! So I guess I stuck that one pound and added another Sorry for the long post for 2 pounds but.... Well you guys know
  8. Feed! Haha! About the box! And congratulations on the pants! Juniors? You know they make those small I hear you on the vacation thing, I went through it a month ago. It was a little stressful at points because I felt like I was eating a lot (I was) But the damage was minimal. When you get home the track is there to get back on.
  9. **** I don't know after seeing that! Maybe if they give me an IV full of mezcal the minute I crossed the border!!
  10. I've never let my school interfere with my education. Mark Twain The fact of the matter is we are all human. We make mistakes on a daily basis! Life is short...we are fat.... And we can't spell! I don't know about you, but I'm working on the not being fat thing, spelling can wait or should I say weight
  11. I will say some of us can though... The new version he's talking about is still in the works.
  12. Ok this is why plastics scare the **** outta me! http://www.verticalsleevetalk.com/topic/89528-july-26-plastics-updates/#entry933329 Oh and sarsar, I do have gray but not a lot. In life if we were standing face to face trust me you would see it!
  13. Everything you described is normal. The first week or two is hard, you just had major surgery, They shoved a tube down your throat that's why swallowing everything hurts, and cut burned stabled and sewed your stomach back together that's why you feel sick to your stomach. It gets better! But yes it takes time. Hang in there.
  14. Sending you guys good thoughts today!
  15. Hey sarsar, how are those lunges going?
  16. Since I wasted a post here. And can't delete it. I will say it sounds like you are worried about losing to much weight? That, is something I really wouldn't worry about. Most of us aren't rushing to a restaurant to down a cream brûlée to stop the weight from pouring off
  17. I think about it like my pico coral tank, it's 2 gallons of saltwater coral, because of its size, the perimeters are thrown off so easily.. It takes daily checks and tweaks to keep it running smoothly. Our new stomachs are like that now, good nutrition and vitamins for the rest of your life are important, as is the periodic blood tests to monitor your levels.
