Once u r on full liquids can you put fat free milk or soy milk in the shakes or is Water best? I love them with milk! Thanks

Hi! I drink super green food supplements in powered form with Water. Is this considered a full liquid? It's like a Protein shake just without the protein but all green veggies, grasses, etc. this would b in addition to protein. Thanks!!

I know the standard is 8 ounces for most powdered protein shakes. Can we drink that much all at once? Do u make half a serving size or just make a standard amount and sip until gone? Does this make sense? Lol

Hi everyone! I am scheduled for surgery Dec 4th in Mexico. The price of my surgery includes follow up care, but I assume I pay for the flight (of course). My question is to those of you in Mexico, do you just follow up in the states with your general doctor, or do you make the trip back to Mexico. Has anyone gone home, then had a complication and had to fly back? Thanks for your help!! I love reading these boards. I am so excited to get my life back!! Jen
