  3. I've lost 62 pounds since November 4. I can't believe how much better I feel and how much more I want to do now. You won't regret this.

  5. Doing great here. I ended up doing it last night. No pain. Hospital is great, doctors and nurses are too.
  6. I started liquid diet + laxative today. Amazingly, it hasn't been bad so far. I'm on my second cup of broth - I had chicken this morning and beef right now. I hope I feel this good right until surgery. I'm down about 7 pounds since Monday.
  7. Nov 5 with Dr. Lopez in TJ. I'm having protein shakes for breakfast and lunch, a nice salad with chicken for dinner, and a yogurt for dessert. I'm allowed to have a shake in the evening as well so I substitute a yogurt since it's got the protein and same number of carbs. I am already losing weight.
  8. I live in Matthews, and my surgery is scheduled for Nov 5 in México. I am self-pay for this. I will try to make it to a support group.
