  1. Please keep me in your prayers. I know all will be fine but I'm really nervous now and saying good bye to my babies this morning was the worst any how I will be in surgery in exactly 3 hrs 0_o Will keep you all posted!

I was a smoker for 18 years!!! and I also tied chantix 1 year ago and I had no problems with it but 6 months later I started smoking again so that $165 I threw away :/ and on 9/25 I quit cold turkey I did buy e-cigarettes and that was a lot of help so best advise keep doing what u doing and keep busy always. Good luck

  6. I know how you feel i had to quit smoking 2 months prior to WLS! but i did it and i'm glad i love to smell (LOL), taste (LOL) and to save $. Don't cave in to that ugly habit anymore...remember we are doing this to have a new healthier lifestyle and that fits in to the lifestyle

  8. I know the feeling..In my family I'm the to go girl u know what i mean but since I've told every one that i'm getting the WLS its nothing but criticizing Don't worry about them girl. Keep up the good work and congrats on making your goal!
  9. I will also begin tomorrow and i'm getting really nervous I although will be on the optifast for 2 weeks with the allowance of a light meal here and there.
