three pairs of pants....
There's also Freecycle and Craigslist. You can list things as being on the curb and people just go pick it up.

Halfway to goal with pics
Looking at the first pictures is painful. And that was after I lost fifteen pounds. It is just so unreal.

three pairs of pants....
I did take a few pics, I'm a little wary of posting pics that ID me due to a couple of stalking psychos but here's my butt. Lol.

three pairs of pants....
If I wear a baggy shirt with them I'll be fine. Lol. I don't know how I ended up with three army green pairs of capris with cargo pockets. Guess I like them.

three pairs of pants....
I have three pairs of pants that are almost identical, in size 22, 18, and 16. I just realized this. I haven't been able to wear the 16 in three years. Now they fit but with muffin top.

Always appeal. Every employer has a slightly different policy with the insurance companies. Is your BMI low so they need to see comorbidities?

Coffee
I have coffee every morning and I'm considering adding a cup around dinner time. By the time I'm home from work I'm exhausted. I used to drink soda a lot so that kept me going. Well now I am yawning by five no matter what I eat, how much sleep I get, or how much water I drink. I feel like I'm useless to my family in the evenings.

You're stuck all day and can't bring in your own food
You don't get low blood sugar? I didn't feel hungry but I knew I needed some Protein.

Cookie dough from Greek Yogurt- super yummy!
I like Greek yogurt with pb2. I add one or two packets of splenda. You can Chia seeds or baker's cocoa too. I think I ate that every day when I was on pureed.

Regional St. Louis Information
Although I do have to add there aren't many places where I would want to order from the kid's menu. Also some buffets will let you pay the child's price if you show them the card. I haven't done that yet.

Regional St. Louis Information
My surgeon gives everyone a card that says something like "this person had bariatric surgery and has a stomach the size of a baby carrot. Please allow him or her to order off the child's menu." And it has all the info about the hospital to make it look official.

You're stuck all day and can't bring in your own food
Good ideas everyone. This place had hot dogs but I just don't like those kind. I can do turkey dogs or all beef but nasty park hotdogs don't sit well. Bringing protein powder is a good idea.

You're stuck all day and can't bring in your own food
What do you do when you go to a place that has really expensive high sugar, no Protein food and you can't bring in your own food? I'm talking concerts, Water parks, amusement parks, zoos even? Yesterday I had to eat a cliff bar and part of a Gatorade. By the time we left I felt exhausted just from not eating enough and having too many carbs. Do you risk it and just bring your own food and hide it? I'm thinking that is the way to go. It's not like I'm trying to steal something, I have legitimate physical issues that preclude me from eating their gross food! I even tried to eat a lot of protein before we left and a drank a lot of water. But with a sleeve there's only so much you can do!

Regional St. Louis Information
I thought it might be a good idea for the people in and around St. Louis to share information. I would like to know what restaurants in the area will accept Bariatric cards and let you order a kid's meal? What's your favorite place for buying cheap clothing for when you are losing like crazy? What's your favorite place for buying Protein shakes? Any other regional tidbits you would like to share? Or if you have had bad experiences with a restaurant or store, please share. I am starting to wish that there were restaurants where you could pay by the ounce!
