They made me wash my stomach with this presurgery scrub, and now my stomach itches so bad!

Ha I remember hearing stories of med students practicing pelvic exams on women against their will while they're out before surgery. I was thinking if writing on my inner thigh with permanent marker "nothing in vagina, thanks." Lmao.

Just found out my surgery was moved up two hours which is wonderful because I was really not looking forward to having dry mouth for that long and hearing my stomach gurgle. I told my 9 year old today in a very generic way and she is ok with it. Thankfully! Usually she is clingy with me and a drama queen. Now I have to pack, take my before pictures, and take my measurements. My stomach is a mess! I feel kind of weepy and nostalgic and sad. I guess just saying good bye to my old life that I was comfortable with is hard even though I know the future is going to be so much better!

Id rather deal with a tampon than wipe someone's butt and vagina that is covered in blood!

OMG no I am not asking my h to do that. Ha. The nurse is calling me today so I guess I'll tell her then. Just my luck.

Thought it would be gone by tomorrow but I don't think so. What am I supposed to do? I'm afraid I'm going to wake up in a mess because there are times I have to change tampon twice an hour. Do they let you use a tampon or do you have to use pads? Am i going to be able to change them after? Or will I be too sore and out if it? THIS SUCKS!!!!!!

I don't know, it could be because I've had nothing but liquids for a week?

I know I can't take Pepto because it has aspirin in it. Any ideas?

I'm on march 25th!

I'm on the same day! Only one more day of liquid diet!!! I'm so excited!

I know it's just shakes for a while after surgery but I imagine I won't be in the mood for anything but that. But when you have a healthy in tact stomach and appetite, it's the worst!

I thought we couldn't have pb2 until after? Well I have tried everything from putting them on ice to trying different brands, to mixing them together. My husband is out getting my peanut butter flavored right now. I feel literally sick today, I have barely got out of bed. I don't know if this is normal!

Mine is on Tuesday, I'm just so sick of shakes I'm to the point where Id rather be hungry!

I can't imagine the people who have to do liquid for two weeks. This is torture. I'm ok this morning but last night was so hard. If I do eat something I'm not supposed to it's going to be lean meat or veggies. I'm such a cheater eating veggies. Lol.

I saw these chocolate crisp things that look like Pringles and I picked it up and was thinking "oh my darling do you know what I would do to You, if only we could be together, imagine the possibilities."

I just had a super lite string cheese and a slice of thin deli turkey. It was amazing. Earlier I went to the grocery store to get more protein powder and I seriously felt like I was staring at the food like it was porn or something. Next time I'm sending my husband.

I know, I don't want to break the rules but I feel like if I have another protein shake I'm going to puke. I'm starving and I can't sleep.

Loveit at least u visitor was pre-op I am expected to have her visit me around the day of my surgery. I cramp so bad during I'm questioning if I want to request meds to skip my cycle that month. Cringing at the thought of pain from surgery PLUS unbearable cramps....ughhhh Maybe the stress will keep you from getting it!
