My husband and I had our surgeries 2 weeks apart... Prior to surgery I wanted it all the time and since surgery it's switched to him wanting it... Crazy what these hormones do to us!

I talked to my surgeon about it and since I have no pain anywhere else like my stomach he says that it has nothing to do with the surgery... I'm thinking its from the weight shifting and stuff

It's not my tailbone but my back... Especially if I stand in one spot to long. I'm trying to just push through it with hopes it goes away!

It really does get better! My husband had his surgery 2 weeks before me and its like we are both different people in the bed now! Can't wait till we lose more weight to see how much more fun we have... Lol

I am finally out of the 300's and down to 298! Excited doesn't even begin to describe how I feel! Haven't been this weight in years! Highest I can remember was 353, 2 weeks before surgery 345, day of surgery 335... Best decision I ever made

It's a great feeling isn't it! I went to my pcp last week which was 6 weeks post op. my A1c was down to 5.6 and cholesterol had dropped tremendously as well. Go us!

I was told not to take anything containing aspirin. Hope you feel better

I am 5'2 and started at 345 before pre op diet where I lost 10 pounds. Surgery on the 10 of September and down to 311 now. I think I'm in a stall right now though since last week. The top pic is from 2009 and the bottom is last weekend. My husband has also had the sleeve. I can totally see it in my face and clothes a definitely loser.

I only lost 5 pounds my first week! Don't worry it will come off! I'm at 6 weeks and have lost 24 pounds, slower than I thought I would be but I'll take it...

It's awesome that you guys did it together. My husband and I did ours 2 weeks apart. He's down almost 60 and in down almost 34. Congrats to you both!
