  2. You'll be fine, just follow the advice of the surgeon. "Don't clean or pick at the incisions until it heals". I learned my lesson.
  3. It happened to me once too. About 2 weeks out. I was cleaning the glue off and accidentally pulled the scab off. So I kept poking at it. And the next thing I knew I was having hot flashes and I felt nauseated to the point of throwing up and I was sweating and cold all at the same time. I had to get out the shower and lay down. After about ten min I felt fine, like it never happened. I think it was because the incision area is very sensitive and it put our nerves out of whack! It's never happened again only that one time.... Although I did stop touching the incisions.... Lol!

  15. You sound perfectly normal. I am 3 1/2 weeks post. But one week out I felt I was going crazy being stuck in the house, had no desire to eat or drink. They say it has to do with the anesthesia leaving your body and hormones. But just take it one day at a time. I slept with a bottle Water and had to set the alarm to remind me to eat. And taking mini walks outside helped a lot! Now I feel great and have mostly forgotten how yucky I felt the first week. Hang in there and just take one day at a time. And don't worry to much on hitting that 64oz a day liquid and Protein mark. I still struggle but everyday I get closer. Good luck!
