- Tummy belt
There was one posted as good that i ordered from motherhood.com. Its just a stretchy tube. I ordered it too big but still tried it the day i came home...thought it might feel good lying down to sleep. It really, for me, was a waste of money. Perhaps a smaller one would have helped and i would have felt more positive about it. It was only $17-18 dollars plus shipping. Also the top edge ran very close to my top incision...just something to thinkabout. I bought way to much for those first few days, which just fly by so make sure to carefully consider how to spend your money. I had too much powdered Protein, too many meds, and many gimicky things like tiny dishes, tiny silverware, tummy supporter, etc. You will blast through those first few weeks so fast you just wont believe it and will settle back into a more normal routine where you really wont need all that.- Amytugs sleevy thread! Butter..the pics are great! Youve inspired many to start c25k!- The great thread killer......
Losers- Need quick advise
You still need some carbs. Try some g2. I was really weak and had absolutely no energy so doc had me up my carbs from 30 gr to 50 for a bit. Changed me from g2 to regular gatorade for a few days. Felt much better and have had no probs since. I use my fitness pal and keep carbs at about 30 and fat goal is 20 but im not meeting it yet. Protein goal is 80 and i end up at about 90-100. And of course talk to your dr and nut.- Amytugs sleevy thread! Leavin 3/1!

Very few of us lose in a steady downward direction. We lose in a stairstep fashion. These are major changes for our bodies and all our systems need a chance to adjust. You know what youre eating and you know you will lose. Be confident and stay the course.- Amytugs sleevy thread! Leavin 3/1!

GOOD LUCK AMY! I know you will be super busy doing all those little last minute things moms and wives do before leaving the family to fend for themselves for a few days so want to make sure to send you a big hug and well wishes for the coming week. Cant wait to read your update posts during the next few days. Youve wormed your way into our hearts as youve questioned, agonized, researched, ditched the idea and then finally decided to go for it! I know i speak for your entire vst family when i say, please have a safe, swift trip, an uneventful surgery and know we all have you in our thoughts and prayers. Best wishes!- G R A T I T U D E
Leading by example! Cant beat that!- A few NSV's to share.....just a little inspiration. :)
It is really amazing how much we enjoy even the small things that normal people have had their whole lives! You look fantastic and the joy comes through in what you write. Its good to hear from you again! Glad you found the time to share.- fun in the closet!
Oddest fun in the closet i ever heard of!- Better late than never...
Excellent job! Way to hang in there. ...tells me you will be very successful and most likely accomplish about anything you set your mind to!- I am seriously struggling
I had to quit using my powdered shake mix. It was just too rich and did the same thing to me as it does to you, even when i tried it with Water. The premixed was fine and also the Protein sports drinks.. Isopure and designer whey blitz. I bought too much of it so hoping it will work ok down the road when i am eating more solid food.- Going to miss the most
Rather than thinking about whats loved and will be missed, maybe we could think of this as the opportunity to really get it right and leave behind those things that are really not healthy for us. I have major issues with some complex carbs, so as much as i would like to eat like a normal person and not diet once i have gotten down to goal, i may remain a carb addict and never be able to limit like a normal person. So for now, i am thrilled that i have broken my coffee addiction and will not start it up again, just because i can, and i am hoping i can limit carbs once i start maintenance, but that remains to be seen. I am however, not going to mourn getting rid of some of my unhealthy habits and waste time thinking about what i cannot have. My dreams are all about the blessings of the future. - Tummy belt
