  1. I was told not to do shakes at all. I am learning that everyone has a different plan that their NUT gave them. I like you have started breaking out like a teenager too! In fact I look worse than my 13 year old son. I was told (don't know how true this is because a friend told me not a doc) that fat holds lots of toxins and chemicals and as you loose weight these toxins are released causing the acne. I'm curious what your NUT says. I also have not lost any weight in over a month( I was sleeved 6 months ago). I think I may have reached my weightloss limit. Although I would take the 50 pound weightloss over the ten that I just seemed to take off and put right back on before having the surgery.
  2. I am only six months post op but I did become lactose intolerant after the surgery. That's the only allergy I've noticed so far. I know this is off of your thread subject but out of curiousity when did your weight loss slow after surgery? I feel like I hit the six month mark and my weight loss slowed drastically.
  3. I'm on it my user name is rnbeer. I would love to have some new my fitness pals!
  4. You look great! How much have you lost total?
  5. When were you sleeved? How much have you lost since? You look great by the way!
  6. I'm incredibly depressed. I was sleeved on 10/3/12. The first three weeks I dropped 20 lbs. Then the dreaded stall came. I didn't loose a thing until November 16 when I dropped 3 more pounds. I haven't lost a pound since. So my total post op loss is 22 with only a two pound loss in the months of November. Has anyone had this happen to them? Does the weight loss pick up again? I feel like maybe this surgery won't work, like all the other weight loss efforts I tried . I am eating and exceeding and drinking Water. Don't know what else to do. the
  7. Hi I'm just wondering if anyone was sleeved at kaiser Richmond? How was their experience? I was sleeved there in October...not too impressed.
  8. I guess these stalls last for some time. Maybe there is no way to end it, but just let it run its course.
  9. So I was sleeved 3 weeks ago and after loosing almost a pound a day it appears I am at a stall. I haven't lost anything in four days. I know this is normal but does anybody have tricks that knock them out of a stall? It's so frustrating.
  10. Looks yummy!

  14. I have no idea what's going on but I'm less than a week out and going through the same thing. It's torture and I can only hope it gets better.
  15. I am surely more emotional than prior to surgery. I think it's just part of the process. Hang in there!
