  1. I was like how ironic my surgerys next week lol I was hoping she she didn't die or anything lol like a typical greys episode. Btw I love that show!
  2. I work at fed ex so I'm taking 6 weeks off! Not using any vaca or sick. But going on part time disability.

I was very afraid of having loose skin after the weight loss, however coming into some foresight I now am no longer afraid, you see after the weight loss I will no longer be afraid of high buildings or airplanes, I unlike skinny people will have a natural ability to flow through the air like a flying squirrel.
  7. I love lactaid! It tastes just like milk with out the poohs!!! I freeze them into ice cubes and add them to my Protein drinks!
  8. I was ready then, I was ok and then all this happened so now I'm just doing the liquid diet again sigh and really am waiting and really excited!!
  9. They messed up my insurance so when I checked into the hospital they said the insurance hasn't approved it yet because no one actually called to see if they received the paper work. So now my surgery date is oct 31 on Halloween!
  10. I hope so too! I can totally understand this is my first surgery and its terrifying. However it's something I need to do! The same with you! At least your taking some route to weight loss and that's what matters!
  11. Not everyone is willing to lose weight. I sat next to a gentleman who was so worried that he couldn't drink beer with his homies , yes that's what he said, that he didn't want the surgery and this guy was really big. It takes a certain mentality to take that step in the right direction.
  12. First off let your manger know that this procedure isn't an "elective" surgery and that there are HiPPA laws statin that she can't share your procedure with any one. What you can do is go to HR and file for a Federal leave of absence where they are required to hold your spot while your out.
  13. There is a thread here that talks of lap band reversals into ventricle sleeve. You should look into it!

  18. Lol I'm really getting my surgery on Halloween. But I don't really believe that a souls going in me...... Dang I just jinxed myself. Happy Halloween

I'm getting my sleeve done on the 31 of October and I'm really worried that a spirit wandering around the hospital is going to get inside me during surgery while under and take over my body to do evil things! I've watched enough horror movies to know this is a possibility. So I'm wondering if I should ask if I can wear garlic around my neck or something? Please help!
