    I'm starting my third post op week. Finally no pain with drinking but now everything makes me nauseous. Last week I had crazy watery diarrhea today i'm constipated. I'm so confused. I don't recognize myself. For 36 years I had a iron gut now I barely brush my teeth without wanting to heave. I"m praying this gets better soon. I'm feeling kinda crazy.
