  7. I do have cravings for food but it's not what I use to crave for prior to surgery. I use to want Coney Island and always had to have sweets after meal, potato chips and burgers and chili fries, etc lol now I crave applesauce, fruit, veggies, chicken, cheese sticks, yogurt, and lately cashews lol but I have no desire to eat cake cookies ice cream chili fries burgers and all that fattening food anymore. One meal for me is one Greek yogurt and I'm happy with that. It doesn't bother me cookin for my family anymore and I can watch someone eat my prior to surgery favorite food and I'm fine with that. This surgery was the best thing I cud have EVER done.

  12. I'm debating on wether to get one after a year I'm eager to kno what weight I'll be at in a year! And how my stomach will look and if ill even need one? I hear the pain is really bad and so is recovery time. And also that u can't have children afterwards.
  13. I was sleeved August 24th Starting weight 240 Date of surgery weight 217 Current weight 184 as of today
  14. I can relate to this post, majority of the time I feel like why bother to cook anything for myself bcuz the amount I'm able to eat is a waste of time to cook or prepare. However I am losing well about 3-4 lbs a week. I find myself reaching for yogurt and applesauce or my shakes quicker than anything. If I eat real food I'm usual forcing myself to get up and cook it. But isnt this why we had the surgery in the first place? For the restriction? It's enjoy the weight loss we are having and look in the mirror and say it was all worth it for u baby!! Lol every time I see the scale go down I think go girl all that light eating did u justice and I high five myself!
  15. Lol luckily I have to wear scrubs to work so they don't look so bad being baggy they are actually more comfortable. I'm only 2months out so ill buy more when I'm at least 6mths
  16. I've never done this but I hear it very beneficial to a diet. And that afterwards u will feel a big difference and be 5-10lbs lighter? Has anyone done this since surgery?
  17. I am so discouraged right now. I was working my ass off tryin to get some pounds off this week and it didn't work. Ugh my first week not losing. Guess ill go back to my treadmill instead of the areobics I did this week
