I have lost 61 lbs so far. It's coming off much slower, but I am so happy I did this. Sometimes it gets frustrating when you really want to sit down and eat, but after a couple of bites you are stuffed. The only thing I did was drank more Water and walked a little further. I use My Fitness Pal to track my food intake. I guess when you keep doing the right things for your body, it starts to work, even if it takes a few weeks. Sent from my iPhone using VST
