    Have had my Lap Band for 10 years. I have never had a decent fill. Always too tight or too loose. I have Optum Heal and almost at my deductible. Anyone have luck with them? Pretty sure my doc will do the sleeve. Do they take out band and do sleeve in one surgery? Any advice? Sharon
