  1. Was sleeved one week today, down 14lbs today. Is this to much?
  2. I have had no issues, and was not told to crush either. I am on day 5 post op!
  3. I was sleeved on the 5th, lots of discomfort. I have been walking and sipping, I guess it is helping I still feel like I was hit by a freight train as well. I have this pain that comes and goes between my breasts, does anyone else have this issue?

  6. November 5th here! Nervous yes, scared a little. Excited at times, I have never been a skinny person, I am very nervous about that. I have a 17th month old boy named Max, and some guilt is creeping in as I hope everything goes well for both our benefits. Good Luck to all the 5ths, may the Baby Jesus be holding everyone's hand.
  7. What's better of the two? Any other suggestions on protien powder? Having sleeve on the 5th of November need some expertise on the subject!
  8. Sorry just read your message! Sleeve date Nov 5th. He has told me he has had one leak out of hundreds of procedures. He doesn't use a bougie rather an endoscope. I think he is an amazing surgeon as I had him before to remove a cyst, ovary and Falobian Tube. He gives a **** about his patients along with his staff. Have u decided on a surgeon yet?

  12. November 5th is the day, and I can't wait to start this journey. I know it will be tough at the beginning, but one day at a time I say. I look forward to the day when I can just sprint out of my bed, not think twice about going to a social event and no more tears at a plus size store. Yipeeee for me.
  13. Who's your insurance co? I'm in Arlington. I had one hell of a time getting approved but they finally overturned my denial. I have UHC.
  14. I didn't know he didn't do both at the same time. I always hear that Dr's usually do! Where abouts are u? I should be having surgery late Oct early Nov. I can't wait.
  15. I am awaiting my surgery, I have complete trust in him. I think he is a great Dr!

  20. Went to my surgeon today, asked what size bougie he would be using. He said that he doesn't use a Bougie but rather an endoscope! Anyone else heard of this?
