  2. I know how you feel and please don't get discouraged this will be one of many stalls. I am 16 months out and lost so far a total of 117lbs and I still have stalls it's all part of the journey. Just keep up what your doing get your Water in and Protein it will start up again soon keep up with your exercise and also change it up. your doing awesome I hope all the best on your journey take care

  4. Just keep what your doing, are you keeping record of what you are eating? If so make sure your carb intake is always below 45grams a day and try increasing your Water intake. The upping of your excersise and protein fantastic keep it up eventually it will start again.

I know how you feel I was like that my surgery was June 28 2012 and I stalled within the first month and I was soooo upset I just cried because all I could think if is what's going on but I found this forum and its helped me too se that its all normal and part of the process just relax go with the flow continue to do what your doing and it will start again. I'm 7 months out and I'm at my third stall I've lost 80 lbs and 7 away from ONEderland just hang in there girl you'll make it. )))))

  9. Hello anyone else having this, I had the flu two weeks ago and I'm not complaining or anything really I'm not but just curious, I can't eat like I used too. It seems like i am back where i was when i was three months out. I can't even drink a 8oz protein shake without being in full force tummy pain. And I'm almost six months out my calorie intake went from 750 back down to 400 on good days. I was just wondering if anyone has experienced this after they had gotten sick. Sincerely Linda

  13. I know exactly how you feel, but from what I have learned here on the forums is it will happen it is normal. When I started this thread I was in a panic. I found that upping your exercise to more intense really helped quite a bit. So just keep doing what your doing follow all instructions given and you will get through this.
