  2. I'm down 56lbs. (23 pre & 33post)...I took (the girls) to Soma.....WOW!!! What a difference! They are up where they are suppose to be and supported!! I was sized and they were great @ listening to what I needed in a good bra....Recommend Soma to anyone!!!

  7. Had a checkup today. Everything is good and 50 lbs GONE!!! Still have no appetite, water taste horrible and struggling with getting in protein!!! Would I do it again???? ABSOLUTELY!!!! Things will get better...I'm only 7 weeks post op!!
  8. I LOVE chicken!!!! Learning to love turkey......I have even started using ground chicken like hamburger....today I have used ground chicken in spaghetti sauce, instead of using spaghetti noodles, I'll bake spaghetti squash and use it instead of pasta.....get creative!!!
  9. Starting to eat normal foods but small amounts!! NUT said no red meat for at least 6 months. Sticking to ground chicken, sliced turkey & chicken, mashed potatoes, green beans, boiled & scrambled eggs. Lunches for work are the hardest!! I do ham, chicken & tuna salads, string cheese. & cottage cheese with fruit. I feel like I'm getting a good assortment plus I do greek yougart for snack.....so tired of smoothies that I'm taking a breàk from them!!!
  10. Feeling great!!! Surgery was 8/13.....between pre-op & post-op I'm down 41 lbs!!!! Walking, doing elliptical & my stretch band are wonderful!!! The most trouble I'm having is not getting in proteins & water....I have NO appetite plus most liquids even water just taste bad.....any suggestions? ?
  11. Had surgery on 8/13. Still slowly losing...17 lbs. When the stall hits....how long does it last?? Is there anything you can do to get out of it quicker??

  13. I did something today I thought that I would NEVER do....I took my 4X to my 2X clothes to an consignment shop!!! Since I started my journey I'm down 40 lbs!!! I'm excited by was scared to get rid of clothes. I know I will never need them again but old head games are hard to break!!!

  15. Check again.. insurance companies r changing their minds daily! ! Check in Mexico about the type of staplers used....it will make a difference in not only immediately but long term. You see...I know to much!!! Lol

  17. His name is Chris Edwards & he is with St.Johns Mercy. There is a whole Baratric group who are amazing!! Support group meets once a month.
