    Feeling scared myself! My surgery date is 8/13. Have been reading everything I can. Thought about not doing it but I need to loose this weight for me!! I'm 44 with great husband and 4 great kids!! I'm ready to start checking some on my bucket list off that I can not do because of all this extra weight.

    New to site. Surgery date 8/13. Very nervous!! Have been reading everything I can. Don't have required pre-op diet. Have been eating healthy and cutting carbs on my own. Trying to get ready for post-op diet. Going for pre-op testing 8/2. Seeing PCP 8/7 for surgery clearance. Hoping everything goes as planned!! Excited for a chance to make new start!!
