  2. Wow Danielle, that's not a bad pre op diet. I have two protein shakes and a small palm sized portion of meat and vegetable. I have been having sugar free jello as well.
  3. I just got home from work and day 2 is about the same. I still have a darn headache. I noticed I was not hungry when I woke up this morning. I am hoping it is true what has been said about getting past day 3!!! We can do this!!!

  7. I take Topomax too and I use Tramadol for fibromyalgia pain and other meds. I was not told to discontinue any meds. I guess I need to call the doctor.
  8. I like you suffer from migraines and I am hoping the sleeve will help with the migraines and some of my fibromyalgia pain...good luck to you!!

  10. My pre op consist of a protein shake for breakfast, protein shake for lunch, small alm sized dinner (chicken,fish,or turkey) and a vegetable (I had broccoli). Water and crystal light f I get hungry in between. It has been a trying day but I did it!!!

  15. Day 1 of my pre op !!! Cranky, moody, and everything else!!! Having baked fish and broccoli tonight...a palm size.
  16. My pre op diet consist of a protein shake for breakfast and a protein shake for lunch. I can have a palm sized dinner of fish, chicken, or turkey with a vegetable (preferably broccoli). I between the shakes and the palm sized meal,I am allowed to have water or water with crystal light. I am wondering if fat free jello is ok to? I have a headache and all that comes along with the first few days. Good luck to you also...we will survive !
  17. Today has been a rough day!!! Day 1 pre-op and I have the headache...surgery is July 9th!!!
  18. This was an awesome thread to read because I like many of you have a lower BMI but I have other medical issues that qualified me for VGS surgery on July 9th. I am determined to make this lifestyle change!!!
  19. My surgery is July 9th and my pre-op starts this Thursday!!! Excited and ready for the lifestyle change!!
  20. Lol @ vinny, this is the last Sunday for me to...I cooked my family a big dinner today.
  21. Good to know you are using the HEB Mootopia fat free. I will try it when I get to this stage. I get sleeved on July 9th.
