My boyfriend n bestie don't want me to have it .....he wants me to just go to da gym ......I did everything under da sun n nothing has stayed off long term

How long did u have to stay in da hospital

I'm starting mines tomorrow ......I have to replace two meals with protein up to 65g with shakes alone n one meal meat n green veggies......

I'm going from Lap band to sleeve......I get butterflies everytime I think about da surgery.......
