1. Hi everyone, I was just wondering how many of you follow a daily menu regimen? I think I need one, I have been keeping a food journal and notice my "bad" time is between 6pm and 8pm, when I get "head" munchies.. Can anyone tell me what to do and what they eat on a weekly basis? Thanks, Sheila:help:

 7.

Hi all; I need any and all remedies for getting off a darn plateau. First I would like to ask if any of track calories and/or protein for the day. I guess I need a little more structure meal planning wise. I am lactose intolerant so I can't do the cottage cheese/yogurt thing. When I have a protein drink I mix it with non-fat lactose free milk and it is quite good. I have writing down what I eat daily and can now see my trouble time is between 6pm and 8pm..I walk daily for 30 minutes, my nurse said to vary with free weights cause your body gets used to the same exercise routine and you stop losing..looking forward to your hints!

Sheila
