I'm having pre-op tomorrow at the hospital--bloodwork, EKG, upper GI, and a chest x-ray. I'll let you know how it turns out!

Welcome GeGe! Glad you are doing so well. This is site is great, isn't it? I feel so calm about my surgery and I know a big part of it is b/c I have been able to educate myself...and the awesome support that is available here! Toilet tongs...I still have to purchase some of those. Hahaha!!!

Not sure what's going on. If you have Microsoft PowerPoint, it should've opened right up. Maybe I need to send you another copy of it. It's possible the one you have now may have been corrupted during transmission.

I'm doing better now that I'm on this med. It was stressing me to think this flippin infection could delay my surgery. I LOVE 8/8/08. (8 is my favorite number, so I may be a bit partial.) Yes, Adam is something else. I wish I could come through the computer screen. It wouldn't be nice, let me tell you! Why is he being such a jerk? He needs to get himself together or get gone.

Hello everyone! What's happening? I had my doctor's appt. today and got my antibiotics. YIPPEEEEE!!!!! I'm so happy about that. Yes, I had a bladder infection...but I'll be on this med for 10 days, so I should be okay come surgery time. Thank you, Jesus! Glad to hear that some of our newest bandsters are doing well!!! We love to hear that! A cruise would be awesome!!!! I was s'posed to be going on one this year, but w/the surgery, it's just not gonna be possible. I have a friend who books cruises, etc. Just let me know. Dini, he is being a real @$$! Pardonez moi (that's for you Lynette...I took French, as well...I will go to Paris one day!). Wow. He's really got some nerve. He is getting on my nerves.

Yeah, it bites. My friend is one of the nurses there and she told me to just come in tomorrow, she'll do my culture and then get the doc to prescribe s'thing for me. Works for me. Anyway I can get in there. I looked at the calendar and I see it's only 16 days away!!!
