  1. Had the same problem post op. I have a pinched nerve in my back. Stretching has help some. It takes time to heal. I'd go get it checked out though.
  2. Had surgery on the 16th of Dec. My stomach was noisy for the first week. It's calmed down a bit. Most people get constipated from the Narcotics and other drugs. I was for about 3-4 days. Best of luck.
  3. I was told around 600 calories when I'm in the mushie stage. Protein has to be around 70-80 grams. When I had my lap band it was around the same.
  4. I ran half marathons with my lap band. Now that I am newly sleeved I plan on training for a half marathon in april and a full marathon in Oct.
  5. I had a lap band done in Oct. 2009 had complications the entire time I had it with leaking. In july of 2010 I had it removed due to erosion of the band into my stomach. I was just sleeved on Dec 16th. With the band I had around 30 fills, a revision surgery which didn't fix the leak and ultimately caused the infection that I had.
  6. Hello fellow December VSGers! I just had my surgery on Dec 16th. I had a lap band 2 yrs ago and had to have it removed July 2010 due to a leaking band and a bad infection. I lost 156 pounds with the lap band. After it was removed I gained back 40 pounds and decided to have VSG done.
