They told me to only do decaf but I do have sometimes some real coffee,about 4 oz every other day I think is alright, as long you are drinking your daily water

How long your stall has been? Are you tracking your daily calories intake ? I think you are great at 3 weeks out almost 30 lbs.

favor done you made laugh so hard ha ha ha. I think this is not for everybody because my sex drive was very low right after surgery,right now is coming back slowly lol

My reflux in controlled with Nexium now. I have GERD since before surgery and horrible gas. The reflux is controlled but I still have gas and gas pain, I am hoping it gets better with the time since I am only 2 months post.

You are bloated when your period comes, it happened to me,I tend to gain a pound or two,so far in these 2 months happened to me twice,don't worry you will lose them again,specially if you are walking a little,but no rush you still in recovery.
