  3. Okay,,, this has been happening since i had the surgery every time i would drop a few lbs clothes that i didnt wear since i was like 175 would fit... but they fit now at 200.. this is how i seem to be losing tooo and its odd to me. Most ppl see me and think i weigh less than 170,. which is also so odd to me...lmao.. i guess our bodies are just adjusting to the changes!!
  4. i wondered the same thing.. for instance i am down to 200 and im 12/and many 10s and medium pants.. but i know ppl that weigh 170 and are a 12 not sure its weird too me too ..
  5. Love this!! I may need to try this myself.
  6. Im from July 27th 2011. I have only lost about 70lbs and feel like i never lost like everyone else. I also think its partly my fault because i broke several rules early on during the honey moon stage. I will say that i still have plenty of restriction and if i stick to the Protein first rule.. i do plenty well. I have been going to the gym atleast 4 times a week and its a chore getting there and once i am there i love to move it move it.. lol.. FOOOD is still what i really need to tighen up the carbs and not drinking enough Water are my main issues.. Stay in touch i would love to hear about your struggles and your successeeeeessss!! WOW 114lbs that is awesome!!
  7. Although it was a rough time... i think the payoff will be worth it when you look back 6 months from now.. Try and save your energy, continue to drink and stay hydrated... I think its great your husband and you are doing this together.. you guys will embark in this awesome journey,, I wish you the best and I am here for you if you have any questions or just need support.. :-)
