  1. ---My surgery in July and I am already thinking all of this.. since i have a toddler.. i have same fears.. but on the other hand I have faith that i too will be given the opportunity to feel awesome after all of this... :-) :D

  6. I have a similar situation<<<< but after long thought and prayer.. i realized that my kids need me healthy and around for them.. and i could always save $$ again.. so i am doing it.. meditate on it :-)

  8. Thanks for the info... I am waking up at night thinking about it.. I am afraid that something might happen and i will never see my son again.. etc. And on the other hand am excited too.. my surgery date is July 27th.. Hoping i can aldo do well on my pre op diet. Thanks for any info given. Ruby

    you really should be filing a complaint with the Dept of Ed.. how dare this person judge you on size. Also, if she said these inappropriate things behind your back, what would she also dare say in front of the students? We all have a person, Size has no bearing on this.. It just shows how much ignorance exists...

  13. I am so glad to have read your post... I am anxiously awaiting my surgery date in July.. i also think i should have made this decision sooner. I believe I was trying to do it on my own.. but I just kept hitting a road block.. Also, with having a toddler i was afraid.... and maybe i am just ready now.. not sure.. but I AM GOING TO DO IT... and I can hardly wait.. to be healthy and into a size 8-10... i can almost taste it.. lol Your progress is so helpful to those either awaiting surgery, or on the fence..
