  1. Hi everyone, I just got back from my first month check in... it went well. The surgeon was happy with my progress, said that the burping and occasional nausea were quite normal. I'm slowly progressing to more solid foods, my favourite treat was to have cruskits with camembert on them... something crunchy was just bliss!!! How is everyone else going???

  6. It took me 5 years to finally make up my mind - I was just sleeved on 19 May, and although there were some minimal side effects from the pain medication, I'm feeling fine. It's an amazing feeling to put on a pair of jeans and find that they fit you, as they should, rather than being too tight... Making the decision is really the hardest part. Congratulations - and keep going.....!

  8. That's awesome news! I was sleeved on 19th May and have lost 11 kilos... (about 24 pounds I think....) (that's including the pre-op diet)
