  1. Gosh I hope not... I'm still in the 250's! I wanna get below 200...then if it needs to stop...OK. Right now...I'm trying to make my body change its mind!
  2. I hate stalls. I'm currently in one that has lasted so far since November. Getting frustrated is probably an under statement. I'm going to take my measurements on Friday to see where I am from a month ago. Hopefully those have gone down at least. I'm 14 months post op. I am exercising at least 5 days a week and get probably 1200 calories a day in although honestly, I don't count my calories. The scale will have to move eventually..
  3. Congrats!! I dream of the day I make it to onederland!
  4. Additionally, remember your body is in shock and is probably struggling to figure out what's going on. It'll catch on soon and release the weight. I'm 14 months out and am experiencing a stall too; except mine has been going on since November. You being so early out, will definitely not last that long.
  5. Hello! My name is Dottie and this is my first visit to this site. I was referred by a friend and I'm hoping to find a good source of information here. I had my VSG surgery on December 15, 2009. On surgery day I weighed 376. Today, I weight 255. So that's 121 lbs gone! I'm thrilled with that truly I am. I have however, been experiencing a stall lately. I've been tossing around a couple pounds since November. I try not to let it bother me, but some days that's easier said than done. My highest recorded weight that I remember was 403 and I think that was back in 2007/8 thereabouts. I exercise 6 out of 7 days with 4 of those days spent on cardio and 3 spent on weight training. I eat Protein first and do my best with diet. I look forward to sharing stories and milestones. What an exciting journey to gain life back!
