We have had such a fun time today!!!! We went to hmoon island and I got to talk to JC!!! We r meeting tommorow for dinner I am so excited! Nd than we headed down to st pete beach!!!! We use to go there every summer when I was little so we went back where I use to stay took pictures and than headed down the way to the don cessar or the PINK PALACE and than paid to park nd watched what was of the sun set!!! It was awesome!! Heading back to orlando and it is raining!!! Sorry such a long post!!! Oooo and the trail pinnelli that JC always use to talk about and had pictures of we got to see!!! Well some of it!! Think we r going to plan a vacation here next year and bring r bikes!!!!!!

I don't and didn't drink llot before surgery! I have aquired a liking to sweet wine, and have drank a little more than I should but not bad! This week has been different nd I only had two bottles of the malt stuff! Which was enough for ne! My husband does not mind when I drink more than I should but lol!!! We just don't like having it in the house and 95Percent of the time don't!!!! So, as far as the rain? Ya pretty much has rained allot! We r going to honeymoon island state park after class today! Praying it quits!!!!

D...just to tell you....you are so much further ahead of me...I feel like all we have done this week is eat and ummmm DRINK.....lol.....Jack Daniels has this malt beverage....wwowowowowo/ pretty freakin amazing I dont drink that often..unless it is a glass of wine..but....well..this stuff is pretty tastey..

TLILLI...sounds like you are too tight......take it easy with your food consumtion, and if it is not better, please call the doctor.... I had some sliming and it is a awful awful feeling....allot is if I eat too fast or get to talking when I do...LOL Please take care

hello and welcome I have heard allot of good things about the katy trail and we are also planning on riding there. I heard that the ground is a nice hard compact chip and seal and a hybrid bike does wonderful on the trail. I sold my hybrids and just have my road bike, but am going to get a different set of tires just for the trail. The Giant FCR hybrid/road bikes have a nice sit up on them. They have the same type of features as a road bike but handelbars like a mountain bike. I also know my other hybrid was a trek and it is also a good bike....Giant is a little cheaper... I know you think you need a big seat for some comfort on your butt..but actually the smaller ones are easier than you think...not as much friction. ALthough the gel seats are really nice but they offer them as well. My FCR had a good seat and I liked it...when I got my new road bike, I changed that seat out. Let me know if you ever do the trail..would love to hear someone elses take on it.....I want to do it this season....if time allows. good luck ain b

yes, once we finally got checked in on sat we were all good. had a good first day at the conference and most importantly found the outlet mall...hahaha of course it was closing in 30 min, so we have to go back..and they have a pearl store there, and the guy gave us information on where to go and get a bike rental....pretty cool. So hoping we dont get any rain...which I am sure we will...but can always hope....maybe one of the days...we will see. I am hoping to get some news from back home tommorow too....and hoping it is all good. Well....you stay safe in your area too....

I did not drink any at all until 4 month after my surgery..and than it was just a few here and there. I cant always tolerate them...depends on what time of day and how long they fizzed out... I was doing really well and only having a few a week..I have found that stress pushes me towards them more than food?? Go figure/ I want to stop though because I am doing well and loosing. I know if I keep the one here and one there....I am going to be drinking a 12 pack a week.... I use to drink at least a 24 pack and soft drink stops whenever we were out... So...even 2 is better than that... But it is no good for allot of reasons. So...that is my struggle Well...I think I am packed and ready to rock and roll...wooohooo I will get some good pictures and post them when I can Have a wonderful weekend everyone... D...be careful out there riding and dont over do it..... Love you all!!!!!

ya...well...what can I do?? I just have to face it that he is looking real hard to make sure he has what he needs? It was all so tiny.....if I would not have had this testing done at all, and waited another 5 years...my outcome may be entirely different. Taking this as it comes seems to be the only way not to go crazy Gail.....WOW!!!!Way to go girl..... You guys are all doing wonderful.... Where is D hanging out????

FRIDAY EVENING UPDATE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! NO NEWS....I guess they said as we were driving down there to see them and they called me on my cell to tell me they were not back yet....that he had to make more cuts and was re looking at some as well?? Not sure if they would be back now. So....they will be calling my cell when they get the results...either over the weekend(as that nurse was working on call) or on Monday. Of course, I will be out of town, but can deal with it than. She said IF I needed to see the surgeon they would get that all set up for when I got back.? So, I kind of excpected this, so I didnt throw a fit.... I am just praying he is taking his time to tell me I am clear.... I am not going to weigh before I leave....so....I will weigh in a week from Monday..... Please make sure all post....

thanks Well, She was a half sister..which is good. I had a complete hysterectomy at 26 (but so did she) I have yearly paps, and ca125 test ran 2 a year. I will not let this get me.....And you know what...seeing the exrays goes to show you that being afraid of going for this test could of cost me my life if I waited for several years. We are in charge of our bodies...and hopefully we can continue to get stronger and healthier.... Thanks for being there tonight and listening...

NOpe....did not find anything..and they said when they did the biopsy that I would never of caught this..it was all very tiny an very deep....sounds lovely....knowing it can grow inside your body like that un known to us... anyway...I turned 40, and was supposed to go in Jan...I put it off for various reasons...finally went and had to go back. Than they called me back and said I was going to have a biopsy 2 weeks ago...instead they scheduled me to see the surgeon?? So, they rescheduled me for the procedure and i had that this week on tuesday. I am a high risk, and not only did my mom have this, but my sister at age 42 died of ovarian cancer. So.....cancer is not a friendly person in my eyes. I was furious to say the least..now I am trying to decide if I take off tomorrow or if I stay at home and wait to go again??? I still have to leave early again...but I proably need to go in for a little bit at least. You know...I am really trying to stay positive.....I worked really hard to get myself healthy....and if I have this ugly thing...than I DEAL with it HEAD ON!!!! Remind me that a few months down the way...LOL Thanks for the prayers....they are much appreciated

my bike motivates me...No seriously, it does...but something in me makes me want that bike and want to ride.... I love riding...I love the way it has changed my familys outlook on exercise....I love that I am meeting new friends. And I love loosing weight I also know that when I stay motivated and moving it works for me....sitting on my duff does not do the trick. And my friends on LBT has helped me allot....They can kick my butt in gear when I sit on my duff...start challenges just when I need one....and have a great shoulder for me to lean on when I need it.

and when we do the 21 mile loop in our nearby down with stops at the store...it is about 1.5... the rides are different with the area we choose to ride. We can do a 15 mile ride with hills that takes just as long as our longer routes...depends on allot of different factors. Heat.....how you feel...how the group is riding today...slow or fast.....etc.... I am averaging around 13.5 mph-14.5 mph on nice rolling hill areas and more on straight stretches and less on hills. We usually always have pit stops along the way and mess around a little there..usually no more than 15 min....the less the better... I love my bike...and I sure do miss her........aahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh Well...I guess she will have to wait another week to see me!!! Seriously Tiger...keep up all your hard work..you will get where you want with your attitude

tigerlili....I do say I think you are picking up the slack for me this week as far as the exercise is concerned....You keep working as hard as you are......you are doing great..... I think I could use a fill.....but I dont go back until Sept. Well....since we are all friends here... I had a breast biopsy They were supposed to have my results today...went and took off work, husband took off work to go with me..get there, and they dont have them back yet. So..she said....can you come in tommorow...Well...HELLO!!!!! I am leaving for florida, and they want me to just schedule a visit with the surgeon next week to get them. Hello again...NO...I am going to be out of town.. So...I am going back tommorow....and HOPEFULLY GETTING GOOD NEWS. My mom had breast cancer....so it is nothing for me to play around with..I hated the fact that it is interupting my life...I am working so hard to get healthy.....and I suppose this is one more way of doing that. I just DONT LIKE NOT BEING IN CONTROL......And this is just odd. so...that is the results I am waiting on..sorry...didnt mean to unload....
