  1. I've been doing all sorts of tri ceps work outs with weights and it does not seem to be helping. While I am doing the reps, I can see muscles but when I am done, all I see is flabby skin. I've been working with weights since surgery and my thighs look great but I can't seem to build any muscle in my triceps.
  2. dense protein. chicken or beef will keep you full longest. are you cleared to eat meat like that yet?
  3. Are you sure you might not have a bit of a stomach bug? It would seem like that might be likely since you have been eating for awhile now without these issues. If you don't think that might be the case, I would stick with things like yogurt and other soft creamy foods and let your system have a little rest.
