Please share with us how you are feeling today. I am considering the VSG surgery and appreciate everyone who is willing to share details. I am lucky enough to have never needed surgery for anything before. This also makes me very antsy (to put is mildly hehe) I hope you are doing well.

I purchased the Wii game "Just Dance" and it is a blast. All you need are the Wii controllers. There is a lot of music from the 70s,80s,and 90s...etc. The characters on screen do moves and you follow them. I have had a good time with this DVD and recommend it . The nice thing is that you are having fun while you exercise.

it depends on if you are using insurance to help cover the cost of your surgery. most insurance providers require 6 months of scheduled weigh-ins with your physician. You would need to talk to the doctor to verify. I was on jenny craig for over a year and that did not count..
