  1. I was sleeved on the 19th of May and have about 31 lbs off. It seems like everyone is experiencing the same slow at around week 3 or 4. Does anyone find that bad food is easier to eat than good? Also, right after my surgery i had so much energy, then at around week 4 I really got fatigued.
  2. we had carne asada last night and it was so tasty, although I think i need to wait a little bit longer to tolerate it to the fullest. it took me about an hour to finish one soft taco with maybe 4 little pieces in it, but later that night i had a big bulge in my tummy and cramping, so that's the sign to me that I need to wait longer before i do that again.
  3. Mine is very verbal too. I noticed when it growls is when i am more thirsty. Try drinking some liquids.
  4. Awe Jillianmarie, I can't believe you can even put that much in at once. How did you feel as you were eating the yogurts etc.?? There are some foods that i realize I need to steer clear of that go down way too fast that could cause that too. Thank goodness you didn't get a leak and hopefully you will use this experience as a learning tool. Mental is 99% of our recovery get the help you need, even if just in support groups. 5. Andrea, Me too, sleeved the same day. From what I have read and heard it's very common, to keep plugging along. this week the scale was down 3 up 2 down 1 up 1, going crazy. I seem to be eating more than most at 3 weeks, or should I say i can tolerate more foods, which sort of scares me. I hope I didn't mess up. Hang in there. amy
  6. my girlfriend had this surgery almost two years ago and just yesterday told me she is ALWAYS FREEZING. Nothing about being hot though.
  7. :scared0:My surgery was May 19th, 2010 and this past weekend I started with experiencing some hives not quite sure what brought them on. I did start taking some Vitamins. Talked to my surgeon he said many people do have different reactions after surgery. If anyone reading this has or knows of anyone. It's driving me crazy. I;m gonna stop taking some of the vitamins and hopefully that is the culprit. i'm second guessing this surgery, since this is miserible. HELP NEEDED.
