    Check calories of each food you take so that you make sure that you do not exceed the calorie intake of a day. You can find the details online. I even took herbal supplements for weight loss at International Drug Mart.

    Yes I also took generic nexium 10mg and it really helped me a lot. I am completely ok.

    The difference between flonase and Nasonex is that flonase contains steroids and nasonex is non steroid. I use generic flonase. It works well for me.
