  1. I made the mistake of buying 4 large containers of vanilla unjury protien from my doctors office. I should have bought some smaller sample packs of other flavors. The Vanilla is absolutely terrible. I went to a GNC store the other day to see if they have some smaller sample packs of any Protein. The smallest they have is a humongous container for $39.95
  2. It was a JOKE! I am not calling everyone sissy's but the coach should be fine.
  3. Coach, I am a 44year old male that had absolutely no problems at all. I was up 2 hours after surgery and walked laps around all the nurses stations checking them out......they were all so nice and friendly. I took it easy for 2 or 3 days and then I had enough of the resting and I decided to mow my 3 acres of grass. Weed eated and did about 5 hours of yard work.......like the others had said..I did not feel week just a little tired. I had absloutely no pain at all ....ever! The only discomfort I had was when they pulled the cathera out of my pecker.......that part didnt hurt.....it was trying to pee in a cup for them to measure. I felt the need to pee.......but my body was not letting it flow. it took a couple of hours and then everthing started flowing bigtime. You will be fine......your a fb coach.......dont listen to these other sissy's! lol:thumbup:
  4. Haha......being a male I was worried about the same EXACT thing. But my Cath was removed 3 or 4 hours after surgery. There was no pain at all. But it did take me about 6 hours to figure out how to pee again. I am 7 days out of surgery and will get my drain removed tomorrow.

    My Sleep Apnea Cured!

I have been on CPAP for several years and.............it is my crack cocaine.........I love that thing. I cannot sleep without it. It does take some getting use to but.......it is so-so-so nice to actually sleep and not choke all night. Search a sleep apnea forum for help and you will get great info.
  8. What a roller coaster ride. I have went to all the classes, done all the required medical test and submitted all the paperwork to the insurance company. The insurance company said they will cover the cost 100% and are sending the doctor the proper documents for him to get paid..................I was under the impression 3 months ago that after the insurance approved me, it would be two weeks till surgery. Now the office lady that handles surgery scheduling says it will be 6 or 7 weeks. What a ride.
  9. Thanks everyone for the comments. I am going to Dr.Colquitt in Maryville
