  2. I will be having vsg on april 12th, can some please send me a list of vitamins, nicer tasting protien drinks, and tell me if we can drink zero as a form of liguids? Just reading all the success stories makes me more and more excited about my weight loss to come. My many attempts of dieting has failed by keeping the weight off.
  3. Tiff, maybe you can share one of your poems with us all......

  6. Hello Sleever Family, I'm new to the site and as all who start are looking to see how successful the vsg really is, I went to class to prepare me for the gastric by pass but when I had my initial appointment with my surgeon he introduced me to the vsg and we decided this would be the route I will take. The class didn't even touch the subject of the vsg but when I heard the surgeon say less is best refering to the rerouting of the intestines I was sold. I do have one question and that is, on a scale of 1-10 how painful would u say it will be and for how long. (with 10 being the worst.) Im scheduled April 12,2010.
  7. Congratulations! How exciting may you have a speedy recovery. I would so much like to hear from you with details. I too will be having the VSG on April 12th. I am a newbie to this forum and trying to read of all experiences. :confused1:
