  1. I get that same pain. Had my surgery in September 2013. I can usually relate it to gas. It was the same pain after surgery from the air they pump into you. I usually take gasx strips and it goes away.
  2. . Can you post the site? It is not on your initial post. Thank you!
  3. I am two months postop. I live in east Mesa! I am interested in meeting more like me ????
  4. Congrats!! How are you feeling?
  5. I didn't think he did and when I went for my first fill I had 5ccs in there already. Glad you found someone!
  6. Same for me. Not that long. My dad even mentioned how he was surprised how quick and you definitely can't drive. He brought a book to help time go by faster.
  7. I stayed out one week. And now almost two months later I am completely healed. Working with a trainer. I waited one month until I did strenuous exercise but started walking right away.
  8. I tried cookie dough. It wasn't horrible. White chocolate raspberry was awful. Maybe I will keep trying and try Luna as well. Have heard good things about them.
  9. Does anyone have any good protein bars to share? We just tried a Quest bar from the gym and do not like them!
  10. Yes I think that was definitely my problem. Thank you for your feedback!
  11. Does anyone have issues with carrots and the lap band? Just ate for the first time today and it was hard. Almost got stuck I think. Then I made sure to chew even more.
  12. I do the same thing. Hooked up to my bra as well. It definitely does not pick up random shaking or anything. I think it is great. And mine is synced to phone and iPad
  13. Congratulations!! Good luck on the 8th!
  14. I'm having the same issue but when I think about what I used to eat there is a huge difference. I look forward to my second fill as well.
  15. Congratulations for getting the approval!! Before you know it, it will be time for surgery.
  16. Will do! You do the same. Thanks!
  17. I have the same problem. Just got first fill on Tuesday and gas in the shoulder. But gasx is great. I had mine in sept and I am down 40 but that is 20 pre and then 20 post surgery.
  18. Good luck on your fill! It will go great!
  19. Not to bad. Depends on how you do with needles. They don't bug me. Just small pinch. Really is easy.
  20. As my first fill today. Wasn't to bad. I have a 14 band and had 5cc in. So they added 2cc more. Was pretty easy. Weird part of appointment is that when they were looking for port with needed they found a seroma, fluid pocket that can happen when you have surgery like I did. They pulled about 10ccs of fluid out of my abdomen. What I thought was the port this whole time was the hard ball of fluid. Glad it didn't get infected. Overall a good appointment though.
  21. I bought mine from HSN.
  22. Love my fit bit! And I sinc it to my fitness pal. Love keeping track of it all and being able to see progress.
