It is really an amazing concept and you can find some really awesome deals. You have to download the app and create an account. You don't have to sell anything to buy from someone else and once you purchase the shipping is included. I also used google to find blogs and forums of people talking about their experiences. I have been wanted to do this surgey for myself for 2 years but without insurance it has not happened yet. I hope these chats and blogs with guide me in the right direction and give me the support and answers I need.
