I had turkey, sweet potato, collard greens, and a little tiny bit of mac n cheese. Of course it was a little of this and a little of that but I'm proud of myself. Was full off of the little food I ate! -

This began to happen to me after my soft food stage. I ate so many eggs that my body rejects them now. Even making them for my family for breakfast makes me sick. -

Baked turkey chops smothered in brown gravy. Mashed potatoes and green beans. Yummy! Even though it was a bite here and a bite there it was delicious!! -

Ok so I thought I had lost only 60 pounds . I got on the scale today and I'm down a total of 75 pounds! It's amazing what happens when you learn to stay off the scale. -

Anybody know any good smoothie recipes? I normally go to tropical smoothie in the morning and get a scoop of protein powder put into my smoothie. I really want to try to make them myself.
