  1. You can really tell! Keep it up looking good.
  2. How are you? Are you having any issues? I am down 21 lbs in 6 weeks. It is great. My goal is to be at 155 by the end of Sept. That means I have 4 lbs to go.
  3. I have noticed this as well. I didn't have it before. I think it is because I cannot drink as much Water and my mouth is dry.
  4. I hadn't heard that about the vitamins but I will switch and take them with meals. With the people that had to change their hair, did you have to cut it short or just restyle?
  5. Lol I won't but but if I did maybe they can move it to the top of my head.
  6. I had the same issue about chugging water and I cannot do it anymore. Immediately post op they have you drink an ounce every 15 min. I cannot get in 64 oz a day. Then with all the restriction of not drinking for 30-60 min after eating it is tough. I am about 6 weeks out and I can take a drink normally however I cannot chug. I 'oh .ldb encourage you to sip constantly when not eating and immediately after. Start when you get up and keep at it all day. Let me if you need a buddy or if I can help answer any other questions! Good luck.
  7. This is my biggest fear as well. I started using rogaine for women now so that if it does fall out then hopefully I should have more growing.

  10. I had band regret for the first week. Then I started to feel better and now life is good. You just had major surgery and life will get better. Take your pain medication routinely, walk, and rest.
  11. I did stay home today. I needed it. I am 5 weeks out from surgery and thought that In regards to work and energy I would be better. I'm just disappointed.
  12. I am. I take 2 Multivitamins a day, Iron, b12, Biotin and I eat at least 60 grams Protein a day. I track everything I eat and make good choices. I used to work 60-70 hours week. I was tired but it was no big deal. Now this is my first week back and I had to call I today because I'm worn out. I will have only worked about 35 hours this week. I don't know what to do. Stress affects me more now because I cannot turn to food. Ugh. What to do.
  13. Has anyone really struggled after surgery going back to work? I am having a hard time. I am exhausted and feel like I can't work like I used to.
  14. Once you hit your sweet spot. You will be dropping again like crazy. I wanted to just keep losing at the rate I was but it has obviously slowed down. I get a fill tomorrow. I hope it helps.
  15. My boss freaked out when hr told him I was applying for other jobs. He thinks he can fix the issues but I'm going to keep looking. God will get me to where I will be fruitful in every aspect of my life. Thank you all for your kindness.
  16. It was awful today. I realized I need a new job so I started filling out apps tonight. I haven't had a headache or heartburn since surgery. Went back to work and in 1 day I had headache and heartburn in 2 hours. Ugh. I feel terrible.
  17. I did liquids 24 hours before surgery and had to do a bowel prep. I was glad that the preop diet was short. I was clear liquid out 48 hours after surgery. I was never so glad to eat cream of wheat! Let me know if you have any other questions or want to be band buddies.
  18. None. I had surgery the 6 th of Aug and am supposed to go for my first fill Friday but don't think I need it. I was told to eat if I'm hungry but don't if I'm not. Doctor said it may only be a couple of bites. I usually get 1/2 cup three times a day. I was worried about the Protein so I have been doing shakes and I have lost 20 lbs since surgery. It's working. I'm going to start exercising this week so may need to increase protein to like 70 grams a day. I don't want to lose my lean muscle.
  19. I do a double scoop protein shake for breakfast 280 cal and 50 grams protein. Lunch is an egg and piece of lunchmeat. Supper varies. I eat anywhere from 500-700 cal a day. I always get at least 60 grams of protein and keep my carbs less the 85 a day (usually about 50 is what I average). I track everything on lose it, it is similar to myfitness pal but I track my sleep and other things as well. I sometimes drink a v8 as I don't eat much veg or fruit. I take 2 mvi a day, iron, biotin, b-12.
  20. I am in scottsbluff ne. I was banded Aug 6th. One of my best friends is an nurse practitioner in brand island. I would be glad to be buddies.
